Therapy isn’t one size fits all, which is why you’ll work with your therapist to come up with a tailored plan to get to the bottom of what’s keeping you suffering. Our therapists use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Theory, to help you heal.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is characterized by intrusive, unwanted, repetitive internal experiences (thoughts, feelings, urges, etc) and compulsive behaviors aimed at decreasing the anxiety/distress. OCD presents in many different ways and looks different for everyone. We’ll use evidence-based treatments, primarily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with some Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help your brain heal at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Struggling with behaviors, responses to others, or feelings in your body that feel like they come out of nowhere? They may feel like an overreaction, but they’re not. When we go through difficult things or ‘trauma’ - sometimes our brain can’t fully process these things at the time and move them into your long term memory, causing them to get stuck.
Claire uses Eye Movement Desensitization Re-Processing Therapy (EMDR) - a therapeutic process that allows you to re-process traumatic memories so that they can re-integrate more effectively, and you can start feeling better, and fully you.
Claire is in the certification process for EMDRIA. Have additional questions? Contact for a consultation!
