Debi is a Master’s level clinician and licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) that provides individual therapy for ages 6-65 and child/parent therapy for families with kids 0-5.

Individual Therapy (Age 6-65)

Debi uses an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory) in her work with individuals for issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment disorders, relationship challenges, and perinatal anxiety and depression. 

Parent/Child Therapy (Age 0-5)

In addition to her individual work, Debi specializes in early childhood. She works with parents and children together to strengthen the parent-child relationship. She’s trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and is a Circle of Security® facilitator.

I believe that when parents feel sturdy and supported, they can offer their children the secure base they need to thrive. I also work with children and teens navigating stress, trauma, and family changes, helping them process their experiences and build the confidence and coping skills they need.
